The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Whilst we take reasonable care to keep information accurate, we make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy and accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content.

Service agreements

All work carried out by DWD Autocare is subject to a written or verbal quotation provided before work commences. Additional work is never carried out without your prior approval.

Warranty

Parts fitted by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Our labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or damage caused by misuse.

Payment

Payment is due on collection of your vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, debit cards and bank transfer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
